Heroes on the Hudson

Excitement today in New York as a US Airways jet belly flopped in the Hudson River near the U.S.S. Intrepid. The skillful emergency water landing came after the plane flew through a flock of birds which caused the engines to fail. Thankfully all 155 passengers and crew are safe. Congratulations to the flight crew and the first responders for their top notch work.
