Bush Commutes Border Patrol Agents

President Bush pardoned U.S. Border Patrol agents Ignacio Ramos and Jose Compean before leaving office. I'm glad he did it. Neither man should have ever served a day in jail for doing their job, which in this case meant shooting and apprehending a known drug smuggler who zipped back and forth across the southern U.S. border on numerous occasions.
