Who is Lying? CIA or Pelosi?

They cannot both be telling the truth. Today, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi said at a press conference that the CIA lied to her about the enhanced interrogation techniques being used in 2002 and 2003 and that she was powerless to stop the program from going forward.

The CIA responded that they do not mislead Congress.

Any reasonable person could agree that either side has a reason to protect its interests to the fullest extent possible. However, if you watch video of Pelosi's performance today, you will witness a collection of "tells" that would make Bill Clinton blush. As far as the truth is concerned, my money is on the CIA on this one.
